Become an agent in 3 easy steps
Step 1. Complete your pre-licensing education
As a prospective California agent, you’re required to take real estate pre-licensing courses from an approved licensing school (like us!). Once you’ve completed courses, be sure to obtain your official transcripts or certificate of completion; this is required to complete your real estate license application. Step 2. Pass your real estate exam
Once you’ve completed pre-licensing courses and passed the final exam, it’s time to schedule your state licensing real estate exam. Guarantee your success by choosing packages loaded with extra prep tools.
